The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining electric energy data of a switch on the outlet side of each line and a distribution transformer; preprocessing the acquired electric energy data; performing feature extraction on the electric energy data through singular spectrum analysis to obtain feature data of each category; performing clustering analysis on the feature data through a hierarchical clustering algorithm to obtain a clustering result; and integrating clustering results of the electric energy data to judge the relationship between the transformer and the lines. According to the method, the feature data of the electric energy data are effectively extracted through the singular spectrum analysis method, then clustering analysis is carried out on the feature data through a hierarchical clustering algorithm to obtain a clustering result, the category between the lines and the transformer is judged, and accurate recognition of the line change relation is achieved.
