The system comprises a cloud management platform, a source cluster and a target cluster; the cloud management platform is used for sending a first migration command to the target cluster, wherein the first migration command comprises parameter information of a source host in the source cluster; the target cluster is used for creating a shadow cloud host based on the parameter information in the first migration command, and mounting a cloud hard disk of the source host to the shadow cloud host; the cloud management platform is also used for sending a second migration command to the source cluster after monitoring that the shadow cloud host is successfully created; and the source cluster is used for carrying out live migration on the physical host machine in the target cluster after receiving the second migration command. According to the invention, cross-cluster live migration of shared storage is realized.
