Abstract

The system comprises a USB connection port for connecting an external terminal to communicate with a data channel. The USB connection port is coupled with a control unit, and the control unit comprises a retrieval unit, a cache unit and a replication unit. The cache unit is coupled with amain memory, and the replication unit is coupled with a sub memory. The USB data transmission system of the invention provides a daily storage space for the data by the main memory. A sub-memory provides backup space for the data; after the user connects the external terminal through the USB connection port, the data channel between the main memory and the external terminal is through. In the process of data transmission, besides the external terminal to the main memory, the replication unit can back up the transmitted data into the sub-memory. When the data in the main memory is lost or erroneously deleted, the user can also retrieve the relevant data from the sub-memory, thereby greatly reducing the risk of data loss.
