The cache unit is coupled with amain memory, and the replication unit is coupled with a sub memory. The USB data transmission system of the invention provides a daily storage space for the data by the main memory. A sub-memory provides backup space for the data; after the user connects the external terminal through the USB connection port, the data channel between the main memory and the external terminal is through. In the process of data transmission, besides the external terminal to the main memory, the replication unit can back up the transmitted data into the sub-memory.
