According to the invention, a strain B.licheniformis 2709 is taken as a starting strain, green fluorescent protein eGFP is introduced as a reporter gene, mutant strain screening is carried out on bacillus licheniformis, and a strain with high fluorescence intensity is screened out for fermentation culture. The high-yield secretory protein in the mutant strain is analyzed and researched, and an element capable of performing high expression of extracellular protein is screened out.
