The method comprises the steps: acquiring a Beacon message sent by an AP, wherein the Beacon message comprises the frequency unused rate of the RU in a previous trigger frame and the number of associated communication devices; calculating the number of unallocated communication devices which are not allocated to the RU in the associated communication devices according to the number of the associated communication devices; calculating the number of competitive RUs allocated to the associated communication devices by the AP in the previous trigger frame according to the frequency unutilization rate; acquiring the number of the RUs which are not successfully competed in the competitive RUs distributed to the associated communication equipment by the AP in the previous trigger frame; and determining the value of an OBO counter according to the number of the unallocated communication devices, the number of the competitive RUs and the number of the RUs which do not compete successfully. The invention further discloses the communication devices, electronic equipment and a computer readable storage medium.
