optical fiber comprises standard optical fibers at two ends, a middle
waist region
optical fiber and two transition region optical fibers for connecting the standard optical fibers and the
waist region optical
fiber, and an
ultraviolet glue
coating is attached to the
waist region optical
fiber. The evanescent field transmitted on the outer surface of the micro-nano optical
fiber is used for in-situ curing of low-refractive-index
ultraviolet glue, a
surface coating attached to the structure of the micro-nano optical fiber is formed, the thickness of the
coating is as low as micron order, the evanescent field is effectively isolated,
pollution to the surface of the optical fiber is avoided, meanwhile, the size of the micro-nano optical
fiber sensor is reduced, the spatial resolution reaches micron order, and the micro-nano optical
fiber sensor has good application prospects. Micromation and integration are facilitated; low-refractive-index
ultraviolet glue is selected as a
coating raw material, it is guaranteed that the
refractive index of the coating is lower than that of the optical fiber, optical
signal transmission meets the total reflection guided wave condition, low-loss transmission is guaranteed, the ultraviolet glue is instantly cured within 0.1-1 s under
ultraviolet irradiation, and formation of a
surface coating in rapid movement is supported.
