Abstract

The invention relates to a real-time multi-agent interactive decision system. Determining agent / customer pairs in at least one priority layer is disclosed. Matrix values are determined for each proxy / customer pair based on the customer ranking of the proxy / customer pair. Interactive capability parameters are determined for each proxy / customer pair. A matrix value of each unlicensed agent / ranked customer value is set to zero. All possible interaction options are evaluated. Candidate pair paths are determined by determining the pair path having the highest initial path value. The initial path value for each candidate pair path is reduced based on whether a proxy / customer pair in the candidate pair path is an emergency proxy / customer pair or a risk proxy / customer pair to derive a final path value for each candidate pair path. An optimal path is determined based on a final path value for each candidate pair path. At least one interaction decision is derived based on the optimal path and is communicated to an agent in the optimal path.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates generally to autonomous decision-making systems, and more particularly to methods and related devices for supporting autonomous decision-making systems. Background technique [0002] A Multi-Agent Interactive Decision System (MAEDS) provides timely decisions to its autonomous agents to attract high-value customers. Few MAEDS exist because there must be multiple clients and multiple autonomous agents to form the topic, but in today's business multiple client interactions with multiple agents are required. As collective use of agents without management intervention becomes more common, MAEDS that coordinate customer interactions are critical to service success and not lose important customers. [0003] MAEDS faces several challenges in multi-agent interactive decision-making. These challenges include the difficulty of making multiple agent interaction decisions, the difficulty of coordinating multiple interaction decision...
