Embodiment 1

[0035] A kind of silver-plated optical fiber Raman probe, its preparation method comprises the following steps:

[0036] 1) Optical fiber sensitization pretreatment: sensitization treatment is performed by immersing a clean and dry silica optical fiber with a flat end face in 0.2 wt% stannous chloride aqueous solution for 3 minutes.

[0037] 2) Prepare the precursor solution: prepare 30ml of silver nitrate solution with a concentration of 0.067mol / L and 30mL of sodium bicarbonate solution with a concentration of 0.04mol / L, add 1.776g of polyvinylpyrrolidone after the silver nitrate is completely dissolved, and stir well , add the completely dissolved sodium bicarbonate solution, and continue to stir until uniform.

[0038] 3) Preparation of silver-coated optical fiber by solvothermal method: Pour the prepared precursor solution into a polytetrafluoroethylene autoclave, put the optical fiber in, seal the container, and react at 140° C. for 1 h. After the reaction was completed...

Embodiment 2

[0044] A kind of silver-plated optical fiber Raman probe, its preparation method comprises the following steps:

[0045] 1) Optical fiber sensitization pretreatment: sensitization treatment was performed by immersing a clean and dry silica optical fiber with a flat end face in 0.1 wt% stannous chloride aqueous solution for 1 min.

[0046] 2) Prepare the precursor solution: prepare 30ml of silver nitrate solution with a concentration of 0.01mol / L and 30mL of sodium bicarbonate solution with a concentration of 0.01mol / L, add 3.552g of polyvinylpyrrolidone after the silver nitrate is completely dissolved, and stir well , add the completely dissolved sodium bicarbonate solution, and continue to stir until uniform.

[0047] 3) Preparation of silver-coated optical fiber by solvothermal method: Pour the prepared precursor solution into a polytetrafluoroethylene autoclave, put the optical fiber in, seal the container, and react at 120° C. for 24 hours. After the reaction was complete...

Embodiment 3

[0053] Its preparation method of a silver-plated optical fiber Raman probe comprises the following steps:

[0054] 1) Optical fiber sensitization pretreatment: sensitization treatment is carried out by immersing a clean and dry silica optical fiber with a tapered end face in 2 wt % stannous chloride aqueous solution for 2 min.

[0055] 2) Prepare precursor solution: prepare 30ml of silver nitrate solution with a concentration of 0.5mol / L and 30mL of sodium bicarbonate solution with a concentration of 1mol / L, add 0g of polyvinylpyrrolidone after the silver nitrate is completely dissolved, stir well, add Dissolve the complete sodium bicarbonate solution and continue to stir until uniform.

[0056] 3) Preparation of silver-coated optical fiber by solvothermal method: Pour the prepared precursor solution into a polytetrafluoroethylene autoclave, put the optical fiber in, seal the container, and react at 160° C. for 8 hours. After the reaction was completed and cooled naturally, t...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of material, optics and environment detection, in particular to a silver-plated optical fiber Raman probe as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and methimazole is adopted as a Raman signal molecule to realize Cr (VI) detection. According to the silver-plated optical fiber Raman probe disclosed by the invention, the methimazole functionalization is adopted, so that the ultra-sensitive detection of Cr (VI) and the excellent oxidation resistance are realized. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, high in sensitivity, good in repeatability, good in stability and good in anti-interference performance, and by adopting a stannous chloride assisted solvothermal method, morphology regulation and control of the silver nanoparticles on the end face of the optical fiber and strong interface adhesion of the optical fiber and the silver nanomaterial are realized. Specifically, the stannous chloride pretreatment process promotes compact and uniform growth of silver nanoparticles on the end face of the optical fiber on one hand, and enhances interface adhesion of the optical fiber and the silver nanoparticles on the other hand. By adopting methimazole functionalization, ultra-sensitive detection and excellent oxidation resistance of Cr (VI) are realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of materials, optics and environmental detection, in particular to a silver-plated optical fiber Raman probe and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] As a major environmental pollutant, hexavalent chromium ion is highly carcinogenic and mutagenic. In recent years, the detection equipment for hexavalent chromium ions in water is expensive, the sample pretreatment is complicated, and the test process is lengthy. Therefore, it is imminent to develop a rapid, high-sensitivity, and low-cost biological detection technology. Compared with commonly used detection techniques such as ICP-OES, SERS has the advantages of rapid detection, high non-destructive sensitivity, and good specificity, and can be used in the field of environmental detection. Combining SERS technology with optical fiber can realize high-sensitivity flexible, real-time, in-situ, long-distance, low-loss detection, which has ...
