Abstract

Systems, methods, and computer programs are provided for preventing unintentional deletion of an eSIM from a mobile device. In use, deletion of the eSIM from the mobile device is detected. Further, a definition of a predefined scenario indicating unintended deletion of the eSIM is accessed. Further, the detected deletions are analyzed using these definitions to determine that the detected deletions are unintentional. Also, active maintenance actions are caused to be performed to address unintended deletion of the eSIM from the mobile device.
