Abstract

The present disclosure provides a desorption electrospray ionization mass spectrometry system, comprising: a translation assembly configured to translate in a horizontal direction and suitable for placing a sample to be subjected to mass spectrometry detection; the desorption electrospray ion source comprises a spray needle and is suitable for spraying ions to the sample; the flow guide plate is arranged between the translation assembly and the spray needle, a flow guide hole is formed in the flow guide plate, and the flow guide hole is located in the range of ion spray formed by ions sprayed by the spray needle and is suitable for intercepting part of ions and guiding the other part of ions to the projection position, opposite to the flow guide hole, of the sample.
