The invention relates to a method for generating an aggregation code, which comprises the following steps of: defining a data element based on an application transaction count, an unpredictable number and a to-be-assigned application ciphertext, and adopting a first general data format for the data element; encrypting the hash value of the value combination of the assigned item of the data element to obtain an encryption result; assigning a value to the application ciphertext according to the encryption result; and generating an aggregation code based on the applied ciphertext assignment data element.
