The present invention provides an automatic locomotive parking, positioning and holding device comprising a locomotive plat having a tyre fixing frame; and two arms oppositely arranged on the locomotive plat, an end has movable pivot, an end bottom connects with the holding transmission mechanism; and a holding transmission mechanism arranged under the locomotive plat, composed of connection rod, rotation rod, and pulling rod; and a hold releasing mechanism arranged under the locomotive plat capable of clamping the holding transmission mechanism. When using the device, locomotive wheel is extended into the tyre fixing frame, the holding transmission mechanism is activated after rotating the locomotive tap, the two arms are locked on the locomotive tap, meantime, the both oppositely hold the locomotive body to fix the locomotive automatically, and the hold releasing mechanism is used to rapidly releasing the holding state of the hold releasing mechanism, which facilitate the user to fetch locomotive.
