Embodiment

[0028] Potassium (K) in Zheng'an County, Guizhou Province 2 O) 9.77% potassium-containing shale, take 96% potassium shale by weight and 4% bone by weight, mix and pulverize, and prepare 80 mesh fermented potassium matrix powder. Add 25% of additives by weight to 50% by weight of enzyme base, then add 15% by weight of coal gangue and 10% by weight of organic humic acid from tung shell, mix, pulverize, and stir well to prepare the enzymatic fermentation agent. Take 75% by weight of fermented potassium base powder and 25% by weight of enzymatic starter, mix and pulverize, add water to stir evenly, stack and ferment, and raise the temperature from normal temperature 17°C to 65°C, continue stacking for 25 days, and then cool down for 20 days , cooled to room temperature 17 ℃, that is, the preparation of fermented potassium fertilizer.

[0029]The above-mentioned fermented potassium fertilizer produced, after detection and analysis, it contains: K 2 O 7.74%, organic matter 11.80%...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for producing fermented potash fertilizer by bacterium enzymatic treatment of potassium-containing rock and preparing organic-inorganic compound mixed fertilizers, which consists of mixing 80-97% of potassium-containing rock and 3-20% of bones, disintegrating into fermented potassium base material, then mixing 20-50% of zymase base material, 20-50% of auxiliary agent, 20-50% of organic matter, disintegrating into enzymatic leaven, the mixing 50-80% of fermented potassium base material powder, 10-50% of enzymatic leaven, disintegrating and depositing 20-40 days for fermentation, elevating the temperature from normal temperature 14-18 deg. C to 88 deg C, cooling down to 14-18 deg. C, thus preparing potassium fertilizer ,which compresses 50-80% of fermented potassium fertilizer, 4-20% of urea, 5-20% of heavy calcium, 10-30% of organic matter.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biochemical fertilizers, and in particular relates to a method for producing fermented potassium fertilizers and preparing organic-inorganic compound fertilizers by enzymatically converting potassium-containing rocks with bacteria. Background technique [0002] Potassium-containing rocks such as potassium-feldspar, potassium-containing shale, illite, and mung bean rock that are naturally stored in nature are mineralized potassium, which is difficult to decompose, difficult to dissolve in water, and difficult for plants to absorb. These refractory potash resources are extremely rich, but difficult to be developed and utilized. If industrial methods such as sulfuric acid method and hydrochloric acid method are used to develop and utilize refractory potassium ore, the equipment is easy to corrode, the process is more complicated, the separation rate is low, and the cost is high. Using the sintering method, ...
