On the eccentric sleeve, a eccentric mass part is arranged for generating centrifugal force along with the crankshaft rotation, on the cam-lock, a self-closing pin is arranged for making the eccentric sleeve rotate with the crankshaft, on the eccentric sleeve, a hanging end is formed for the self-closing pin. In the cam-lock, the oil channel is arranged connected to the oil-way inside the crankshaft, and the oil channel is cut through in the opposite direction to outside. in the eccentric sleeve, a selective connecting oil-way connected to the oil channel is arranged. The connecting oil-way supply the lubricating oil to the oil groove on outer round surface of the eccentric sleeve.
