The present invention downloads the RNA sequences of 66 different SARS viruses from the NCBI website, and the length of each virus sequence is about 29,700. Visualize and analyze these SARS virus sequences, find the basic characteristics of SARS sequences, and compare the differences with non-SARS coronavirus sequences, so that the sequence characteristics of SARS viruses can be used. The RNA sequences of SARS viruses are listed in Table 1, and the RNA sequences of non-SARS coronaviruses are listed in Table 2.
