Embodiment Construction

[0018] exist figure 1 , the guide 5 is shown as part of a window regulator system. In a particular embodiment, the guide 5 is part of a window regulator system used in the vehicle and is mounted to the side of the vehicle body in a vertical or substantially vertical orientation.

[0019] The slider 10 is mounted on the guide 5 and is displaceable along the guide. The means for moving the slider along the guide are not shown here, since this is not necessary for a correct understanding of the invention.

[0020] slider (see figure 2 with 3 ) comprises a slider body 12 connected to the guide 5 and a fastening protrusion 14 connected to the window pane (not shown). The slider body 12 and the fastening protrusion 14 are preferably integrally made of plastic material. A long hole 16 is provided on the fastening protrusion 14 . The long axis of the elongated hole 16 is arranged substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle (commonly referred to as the X-axis)...

Abstract

The invention discloses a sliding subassembly for a window adjuster, particularly for a vehicle window adjuster. The sliding subassembly comprises a sliding piece(10)which can slide along a guiding piece(5), and a tightening piece(18)which is connected with the sliding piece(10) and can slide relatively with respect to the sliding piece(10)along a prearranged route; the tightening piece(18) is provided with a tightening structure(26)which can be fastened onto a window pane (36)of the vehicle.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a slider assembly for a window regulator, in particular for a vehicle window regulator. Background technique [0002] Window regulators allow a window pane to be moved between a closed position and an open position, for example moving a window pane on a car door. Typically, window regulators include at least one guide, typically formed as a rail and mounted in a generally vertical orientation. A slider is provided on the guide and is movable thereon. The pane is connected to the slider such that driving the slider along the guide causes the pane to move. For driving the slider, drive means such as drive cables and electric motors can be used. [0003] Since the window glass is not only attached to the slide, but is also guided by a frame, correct positioning of all components is important for proper operation of the window regulator. However, even with the tightest possible tolerances in the individual components of a windo...
