[0020] FIG. 1 shows a plastic part 1 with a screw base 2 integrally formed in the plastic part 1 . The plastic part 1 is used to cover the OBD socket provided in the interior space of the motor vehicle and also to cover the interface of the on-board automatic diagnosis system. The screw base 2 has a channel 4 and an outer wall 3 , wherein the channel 4 is defined by the inner wall 5 and the outer wall 3 is arranged opposite the inner wall 5 . The double arrows point out the main ejection direction 7, which comes into play when plastic parts are produced in the injection moulding process. The two overlapping mould parts defining the plastic part from the left and right (see FIG. 4 ) are separated from each other in the direction of the main ejection direction 7 after the injection moulding has been completed. The outer wall 3 is parallel to the main ejection direction 7 .
