Abstract

The invention provides a probiotic rainbow trout feed and a preparation method thereof. The probiotic rainbow trout feed comprises main materials and auxiliary materials, wherein the main materials comprise fish meal, soybean cake powder, brewer's grains, blood powder and a probiotic leavening agent; and the auxiliary materials comprise bone meal, flour and vegetable oil. After the main materials are fermented through the formula probiotic starter, the probiotics can still keep activity after sterilization and puffing granulation, crude protein and dietary fibers of the main materials are made to have absorbability, and meanwhile, the food calling performance of the feed particles is improved.
