6 results about "Enterprise content management" patented technology

Enterprise content management (ECM) extends the concept of content management by adding a time line for each content item and possibly enforcing processes for the creation, approval and distribution of them. Systems that implement ECM generally provide a secure repository for managed items, be they analog or digital, that indexes them. They also include one or more methods for importing content to bring new items under management and several presentation methods to make items available for use.

Event-driven semantic approach to modelling complex dynamic processes

A subject-event method and a workflow engine developed based on it are designed for no-code creation and execution of semantic models of business processes and construction of domain ontologies. The operation of the workflow engine is based on original event semantics using the semantic implementation of a dataflow approach to algorithm execution. The use of a unified event data format made it possible to implement: (1) a specification for describing actions and entities, (2) a semantic workflow engine for executing business processes, (3) a semantic temporal data store. The invention provides a unified platform for enterprise content management, process automation, and knowledge base maintenance, addressing the limitations of traditional workflow engines and semantic technologies.

Method and system for cache data analysis for enterprise content management systems

Content categories are identified based on content provided by a server associated with an enterprise content management system. Using the relationship database, a content category is identified based on content associated with a client associated with a user, the content associated with the client associated with the user including content accessed by the user. A document associated with the content category is identified. A message is sent from the server to the client associated with the user to suggest to the user the document associated with the content category.

System and method for content sharing through external systems

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for content sharing with external systems. Mechanisms are disclosed for sharing managed content with external systems. A sharing module exposes content in a share item and metadata associated therewith to an external system. The share item represents a folder or directory in a repository managed by an information system such as an enterprise content management system. The exposure is made possible through application programming interface (API) calls that are processed by a first sharing module API, a repository API, a second sharing module API, and an external system API. These APIs collectively provide a one-to-one mapping of the communication protocol used by the managed repository and the external system. The share item in the managed repository and the share item exposed to the external system are synchronized, and any conflicts between the two are detected and resolved. Shared content can be sent back to the managed repository, and shared versions are deleted from the external system.

Embodiments provide for intelligent auto filing of documents to enterprise content management (ECM) system workspaces. Embodiments may include maintaining a database of ECM information including a plurality of enterprise workspaces having attributes; based on the ECM information, generating a knowledge graph comprising nodes for enterprise workspaces and edges for relationships between enterprise workspaces; receiving a document for filing in one of the enterprise workspaces; detecting a plurality of indicators in the document text and evaluating the indicators to generate a subset of strong indicators in the plurality of indicators; querying the knowledge graph based on the strong indicators to generate a set of candidate enterprise workspaces; comparing the set of candidate enterprise workspace attributes to the strong indicators to determine a score of each candidate enterprise workspace; and based on the scores, linking and storing the document to one of the candidate enterprise workspaces.

Enterprise content management data processing method and apparatus

The embodiment of the application provides a kind of enterprise content management data processing method and device, method includes: through three-tier architecture model, including library type layer, content type layer and content instance layer, respectively for defining business scenario, dynamically defining content type in library and storing specific content data, library type layer and content type layer are respectively associated with independent configuration table, and the dynamic expansion of business scenario and content type can be realized by inserting configuration data;Unified content storage table is constructed, and all content data is uniformly stored in single table by taking library type identifier and content type identifier as logical isolation label, without predefining data structure to support flexible content type;Meanwhile, a general processing interface decoupled from the library type and the content type is constructed, forming a highly reusable capability framework, enabling unified processing and reuse of all content data in different business scenarios, which can improve the efficiency of enterprise content management and reduce implementation costs.
