acrylamide production, in particular to a composite
polymerization inhibitor, a preparation method and application thereof. The composite
polymerization inhibitor comprises modified
chitosan 40-60 parts, a nano-composite 40-60 parts and
copper N,N-di-n-butyl
dithiocarbamate 1-3 parts; wherein the preparation method of the modified
chitosan comprises the following steps: S101, dissolving
chitosan in a 1wt%
acetic acid solution, stirring at 60 DEG C for 2h, adding
dimethylamine sulfonamide
chloride, adjusting the pH to 8, reacting for 4h, filtering and freeze-
drying to obtain an
intermediate product; S102, mixing the
intermediate product with a modified solution, reacting under a
nitrogen environment for 6h, performing
dialysis treatment on the obtained reaction liquid for 48h, and freeze-
drying to obtain the modified chitosan. The application provides a composite
polymerization inhibitor, a preparation method and application thereof, so as to effectively inhibit the problem of
monomer self-polymerization in
acrylamide production.
