The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving honey made by stingless bees by adopting acetic acid water solution, carrying out stirring and ultrasonic treatment, and carrying out filtering, thus separating out water solution of the honey made by the stingless bees; (2) pouring macroporous resin into the water solution of the honey made by stingless bees, and carrying out stirring for adsorbing for 0.5-2 h; (3) packing the macroporous resin after adsorption into a column, carrying out leaching by adopting acetic acid water solution and pure water, and finally, carrying out elution by adopting alcohol solution; and (4) carrying out reduced pressure vacuum concentration on the eluate till solid matter is formed, re-dissolving the solid matter in pure water, and carrying out extraction by adopting ethyl acetate. According to the technical scheme, the active ingredients of the honey made by the stingless bees are extracted and enriched through XAD-2 column chromatography, the ingredient analysis and application research for the extract of the honey made by the stingless bees are carried out, the result shows that the extract of the honey made by the stingless bees contains rich active ingredients such as flavone and polyphenols, and has the obvious oxidation and inflammation resisting activity, and thus the extract has a wide application value for the development and application of medicines, foods and health products for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases.

The invention provides a preparation method and application of an immunomodulatory peptide. The immunomodulatory peptide is a synthetic protein which is formed by a dust mite peptide segment which cannot combine immunoglobulin E to cause an allergic reaction and a fungal immunomodulatory protein. A research result shows that: compared with a control group, a culture medium contains the dust mite peptide segment which cannot cause the allergic reaction and is cultured together with the fungal immunomodulatory protein, so that not only the CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ modulatory T-cells of an allergy patient are increased remarkably, but also the function of inhibiting an immunoreaction is increased. Because the culture medium contains the dust mite peptide segment which cannot cause the allergic reaction and is cultured together with the fungal immunomodulatory protein, the CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ modulatory T-cells of an allergy patient can secrete interleukin-10 and the percentage of beta-type transforming growth factors is increased remarkably. Therefore, the immunomodulatory peptide has the effect of increasing and secreting the modulatory T-cells and can regulate the immunologic function of the allergy patient so as to treat allergy.
