According to the invention, the ZnO porous array thin film in the graded structure with controllable numbers of layers and aperture can be prepared, so that the operating technical difficulty is reduced. The ZnO porous array thin film in the graded structure with controllable numbers of layers and aperture is prepared by the electro-deposition method.
