The character is that the small pore outer surface of the said cathode is convex, which matches the concave pore of the cathode supporting. The cathode supporting is fixed in the photo-bridge. When the bid pore end of cathode has radial displacement because of low-accuracy of the back-gas tube, the cathode can rotate in the supporting. As sphere center and discharge tube center are superposed, the discharge tube can not have radial displacement. Thus, it ensures the position accuracy of discharge tube. It is unable to generate additional force which will make the supporting deformed.
