Abstract

This invention discloses 3GPP access evolution system through non-third generation cooperation organization technique, this system includes the contiguous non 3GPP anchor and different access system anchor; non 3GPP anchor is used to create the supporting access transmission tunnel passing through non 3GPP technique access user end(UE); the different access system anchor is used to create the transmission tunnel for supporting UE and the external network communication between itself and non 3GPP. This invention also discloses the 3GPP access evolution network through non 3GPP technique, the non 3GPP anchor creates the supporting access transmission tunnel passing through non 3GPP, it also establishes the transmission tunnel for supporting UE and external network communication; and allocates IP address to access external network for UE. The system and method of this invention all guarantee UE have successful access 3GPP evolution network through non 3GPP technique.
