[0017] As shown in Figure 1, the underwater three-dimensional terrain measurement system of the present invention comprises: computer 5, support 8, conveyer belt 2, wheel 1, variable speed motor 3, luminous device 6 and CCD camera 7, and support 8 is framed on the water tank 4 to be measured The support at the upper end is equipped with a conveyor belt 2 on its upper end. The conveyor belt 2 is driven by a variable speed motor 3. The conveyor belt 2 is a conveyor belt with racks. The wheel 1 is a toothed wheel. The wheel 1 rolls on the conveyor belt 2 (see Figure 2 ). The light emitting device 6 is mounted on the rotating shaft 12 of the wheel 1 through a rope.
