Abstract

This invention discloses a composite ceramic used in dielectric adjustable microwave devices. The composite ceramic is composed of: BaZrxTi1-xO3 (x = 0.25-0.40) 40.0-95.0 wt. %, and Mg2TiO4 5.0-60 wt. %.
