Abstract

This invention discloses a composite ceramic used in dielectric adjustable microwave devices. The composite ceramic is composed of: BaZrxTi1-xO3 (x = 0.25-0.40) 40.0-95.0 wt. %, and Mg2TiO4 5.0-60 wt. %. The ceramic has continuously adjustable dielectric constant within 100-2000 with the change of composition as well as the Zr / Ti ratio. The dielectric loss is controlled around 0.001. The adjustability varies between 15-40% (25 kV / cm) due to different compositions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic materials and devices, and in particular relates to a composite ceramic material which has adjustable dielectric properties and can be used for adjustable microwave devices. Background technique [0002] Microwave dielectric material is a new type of material with great application value and development potential. It has attracted more and more attention from the material circles at home and abroad. Among them, it is an important task to find new microwave dielectric ceramic materials with dielectric nonlinearity, that is, voltage-controlled adjustable. direction of development. Barium titanate-based ferroelectric materials have the nonlinear characteristic that the dielectric constant changes with the applied electric field. This adjustable characteristic can be applied in microwave circuits. The equivalent dielectric constant of the circuit can be changed by the applied electric field, thereb...
