Said combined boxing training system is composed of upper position machine (1) and lower position machine (2). Said lower position machine (2) is formed from man-shaped air bag (18), central processor (3), punching point portion (4), man-machine interaction portion (5), data memory (6), pressure sensor (7), communication module (8) and JTAG portion (9). The ADC converter in the central processor can utilize air pressure sensor to obtain the air pressure change of air bag when which is punched by boxer, and can utilize formula Fmax=Kt (Vmax-V0t) to measure punching force. The invention solves the problem that the trainer can not make a comparison through concrete training data and can not make a reference between the training and the real boxing and thus unfavorable to understand the boxer's advantage and disadvantage.
