[0070] Figure 1 shows a device 1 comprising an upper part 2 comprising a series of ridges 3 and protrusions 4 which adapt the device 1 to be detachably tested by an instrument (not shown) The grab arm remains. The lower part 5 is snap-fitted on the base of the upper part 2 .
[0071] The lower part 5 is provided with a plurality of vertically arranged openings 6 which allow liquid access to the reagent beads 7 contained therein.
[0072] Reagent beads 7 are added to the lower part 5 before it is mounted on the upper part 2 . The size of the opening is such that the reagent beads 7 cannot fall from the lower part 2 during movement of the device.
