The invention discloses a method for reporting alarms of a multi-mode base station in a wireless communication system, which comprises the following steps: the unique mark for network management systems in various systems in the multi-mode base station is set; an alarm set for wireless communication systems in various systems is set; the network management mark set in the first step is delivered by the network management system to the multi-mode base station when the network management systems in various systems are connected to the multi-mode base station and the multi-mode base station saves the mark for network management systems in various systems and the communication address of the network management system; the multi-mode base station researches the alarm set so as to inquire the communication address of the network management system to which an alarm which is given out belongs after giving an alarm and reports the alarm to the corresponding network management system for the processing through the inquired communication address of the network management system. After the method of the invention is adopted, the alarms generates by various systems in the base station have no effect on each other and cause no interference to the network management systems in other systems.
