The invention provides a signal receiving channel frequency response compensation method under the condition of wide temperature range, comprising the following steps: arranging temperature sensors in temperature-sensitive positions of a signal receiving channel of an instrument to acquire real-time temperature change in the positions of the channel when the ambient temperature changes; constructing a frequency response compensation model of the signal receiving channel determined by the sensitive positions; acquiring calibration parameters through calibration; and compensating the frequency response of the sensitive positions by use of the calibration parameters and the compensation model according to the real-time temperature of the positions of the channel. By using the compensation method of the invention, the frequency response of the signal receiving channel of the instrument can be compensated accurately in real time in a wide temperature range and in a wide frequency range, and the channel frequency response after compensation keeps the same order of magnitude of flatness in the full temperature range. Therefore, the instrument can provide the same amplitude measuring precision at any temperature in the full temperature range, and the amplitude measuring accuracy is improved significantly.
