The SE7051L1O intermediate frequency chip finishes converting into a fixed intermediate frequency of 380MHz on an I baseband signal and a Q baseband signal in a launching time slot, finishes converting into the I baseband signal and the Q baseband signal of zero intermediate frequency under the received fixed intermediate frequency of 380MHz in the receiving time slot and finishes synthesizing the LO function needed by IF and RF; wherein, the frequency of the intermediate frequency LO is a fixed 380MHz and an RF local oscillation frequency can be selected so as to be convenient for the system to work in an anticipant operating channel. The TRF2436 finishes converting into a needed RF channel frequency on the fixed intermediate frequency signal of 380MHz in the launching time slot.
