Abstract

The invention provides a jointing method for a metal sheet, which is capable of jointing two metal sheets, without forming surface projection or a gap of a metal sheet. A jointing unit of a metal sheet is also provided, to connect the metal sheet, without forming surface projection or a gap between the metal sheets. The jointing unit is provided with a pair of metal sheet; one is a metal sheet with a hole, while another metal has projection with a height less than thickness of the metal sheet. The projection penetrates the hole, and the metal sheet is arranged on another metal sheet, so that the middle part of the end face of the projection is extruded in the hole; therefore, the metal sheets are jointed to each other, to form the jointing unit.
