The control method uses prime numbers to code various sub-items of the condition part of a rule in a knowledge base, the product of the prime numbers which are obtained by coding is used for replacing the original condition part; the control method can further realize the automatic advanced coding treatment against the possibly occurred overflow problem; integers are used for coding the conclusion of the rule, thereby converting a knowledge base to thefull-numeric form, realizing the expert reasoning process by using the four arithmetic operations and the table looking-up operation and obtaining the reasoning basis. The control method can not onlysave a great deal of memory resources used for storing the knowledge base, but also accelerate the reasoning diagnosis speed of the system, thereby being particularly applicable to the implementationon the embedded platform with the limited hardware resources.
