Abstract

The circuit control device and the special feedback transformer are applicable to power utilization situations in which high-voltage metering (10kV-35kV) and a high-voltage power supply are used. A main body circuit of the feedback high-voltagestabilization power saving appliance comprises a feedback voltage stabilization inductor circuit, an incoming line control switch GK2, voltage selecting switches GK3 and GK4, a voltage sampling transformer, and an automatic on-load tap switch controller which is connected on a front end of a load. The device can automatically select a voltage value of a power grid, automatically drive the voltageselecting switch GK3 or GK4 according to the voltage value, which causes the voltage selecting switch to select a boosting or step-down function and the voltage to be kept at a rated voltage value required by the device. The voltage regulation range is wide, such as 8000V-11000V.
