The device includes a compass (1) arranged at an upper portion of a column, a middle column (2) arranged at middle portion of the column and a signal conditioning circuit board (8) arranged at lower portion of the column; wherein, a. sign points for recording direction when using are fixed on outer ring of the compass (1); b. a resonator (4) which is divided into 4 or 6 fan-shaped spaces by sound insulation sheets (3) is arranged betweenthe column and the middle column (2), noise guide holes (5) are arranged on external surface of the column; small holes (6) are arranged on the middle column (2), sound sensors (7) are fixed on the small holes (6); and c. the signal conditioning circuit board (8) is connected with lead of the sound sensors (7). The invention has advantages of simple structure, noise source direction distinguishing capability, good noise measurement stability and high monitoring accuracy.
