Abstract

The invention discloses a plastic-profile same-die different-product extrusion die, which belongs to the field of designing and manufacturing plastics extrusion dies. The extrusion die is characterized by comprising a shunt base, a transitional plate, a shunt cone, a transitional backing plate, a shunt bracket plate, a precompression plate, a compression plate, a performing plate, a finish mold plate and a core. After plastic melt extruded from an extruder is shunted through shunt channels with different structural parameters on the shunt base, the plastic melt enters a left runner and a right runner of the die which have different structural parameters respectively, and is shunted, compressed and then extruded from the finish mold plate so as to form plastic parison with different section shapes, and the plastic profiles with different section shapes are formed after the plastic parison is cooled and set. The structural parameters of the runners of the die are determined by adopting finite element numerical analysis and an optimization method, so as to ensure that the melt in the runners is identical in flow balance and extrusion speed and realize that the plastic profile products with two different section shapes can be simultaneously produced on the same extrusion production line. The extrusion die has the advantages of simple structure and high production efficiency.
