The embodiment of the invention further discloses a cross-domain maintenance management system and a device. By adopting the technical, the relevant information configuration among administrative domains can be realized automatically; and a network manager does not need to send network management commands to each maintenance point to be configured and configure the OAM attribute of each maintenance point respectively, and only needs to transmits the message carrying with the OAM attribute information among the maintenance points to be configured so as to automatically figurate the OAM attribute to multizone maintenance points, so that the configuration efficiency is increased, and the task quantity of the network manager for configuring the OAM attribute is relieved.
