Embodiment 1

[0060] Example 1 : Effect of different carbon-nitrogen ratio organic-inorganic compound fertilizers of the present invention on wheat biomass

[0061] Material

[0062] The experiments were carried out in the greenhouse of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The tested wheat variety was Shimai 15. The soil is Qiyang red soil in Hunan and fluvo-aquic soil in Hebei, and the organic fertilizer and straw used in the examples are respectively pig manure and corn straw. See Table 1 for specific soil properties and nutrient contents of organic fertilizer and straw.

[0064]

[0065] experimental design

[0066] In this experiment, potted plants were used, and each pot was filled with 2.5kg of soil. Divided into fluvo-aquic soil and red soil

[0067] points, each part has 8 treatments, CK, F, SF (40) , SF (25) , SF (12.5) 、SMF (40) 、SMF (25) 、SMF (12.5) , where CK stands for no fertilizer treatmen...

Embodiment 2

[0083] Embodiment 2: the influence of different carbon-nitrogen ratio organic-inorganic compound fertilizers of the present invention on soil urease

[0084]The implementation mode of this example is the same as that of Example 1, and this example studies the influence of different carbon-to-nitrogen ratio organic-inorganic compound fertilizers of the present invention on soil urease. Existing studies have shown that the level of soil fertility is largely influenced by soil enzymes, and there is a close correlation with soil enzyme activities. Urease in soil plays a very important role in the cycle and transformation of nitrogen, and it is widely recognized that urease activity can be used to evaluate soil fertility. Depend on image 3 It can be seen that, no matter in red soil or fluvo-aquic soil, the urease activity of fertilization treatment was significantly higher than that of no fertilization, with an average increase of nearly 38.5%. The urease activity of the organic...

Embodiment 3

[0085] Embodiment 3: the influence of different carbon-nitrogen ratio organic-inorganic compound fertilizers of the present invention on soil available phosphorus and potassium content

[0086] The implementation mode of this example is the same as that of Example 1, and this example studies the influence of different carbon-to-nitrogen ratio organic-inorganic compound fertilizers on soil available phosphorus and potassium content. The available phosphorus and potassium in the soil provide the necessary available nutrients for crops and have a huge impact on the growth of crops. It represents the amount of phosphorus and potassium that crops can directly obtain from the soil, and is the most direct and important indicator to measure the status of soil nutrients. From the analysis of the effects of various carbon-nitrogen ratio organic fertilizer combinations on soil available phosphorus and potassium ( Figure 4 and Figure 5 ), the available phosphorus and potassium content...

Abstract

The invention relates to an organic-inorganic composite fertilizer, which consists of straws, excrements and fertilizers. By weight, in the composite fertilizer, the ratio of N, P2O5 and K2O is 10 to 35:8 to 12:5 to 8, and the ratio of C and N is 10:15. The organic-inorganic composite fertilizer has very obvious effects for improving biomass of wheat and increasing readily available nutrient of soil, urease activity, microbial biomass in the carbon-nitrogen aspect.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture, and more specifically, the invention relates to an organic-inorganic compound fertilizer. 【Background technique】 [0002] The orange stalks and animal excrement of crops not only contain a considerable amount of nutrient elements such as carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium necessary for crops, but also improve the physical and chemical properties of soil and soil biological properties, improve soil fertility, and increase crop production. Crop straw and animal excrement are important organic fertilizers. China is a country rich in crop straw resources and organic fertilizer sources. According to the survey, China has 6.5×10 8 t crop straw, 26.1×10 8 t poultry manure, these organic materials can be obtained locally and returned directly to the field, which is simple and easy. Under the increasingly tense conditions of cultivated land in our country, how to improve the utilization ...
