Embodiment Construction

[0032] figure 1 A side view of an embodiment of the shaft-gear connection 1 according to the invention is shown. The shaft-gear connection 1 firstly comprises a shaft 2 rotatable about its longitudinal axis 3 . Gear 4 is shrink-fitted on shaft 2. The gear wheel 4 comprises a first axial section 5 and a second axial section 6 , wherein an axial intermediate section 7 is arranged between the first axial section 5 and the second axial section 6 . The so-called sections 5, 7, 6 are directly connected to each other.

[0033] The first axial section 5 is fastened to the shaft 2 by means of a first shrink fit 8 , and the second axial section 6 is fastened to the shaft 2 by means of a second shrink fit 9 . The axial middle section 7 is also fixed on the shaft 2 by means of a shrink fit, wherein the third shrink fit figure 1 are marked with reference numeral 10.

[0034] as from figure 2 As can be seen, the second shrink fit 9 is configured in such a way that a higher maximum to...

Abstract

The invention relates to a shaft-gear connection (1) comprising a shaft (2) and a shrunk-on gear (4). The shrunk-on gear has a first axial section (5) that is attached to the shaft (2) by means of a first shrink fit (8) and a second axial section (6) which is attached to the shaft (2) by means of a second shrink fit (9). The second shrink fit (9) allows greater torques to be transmitted from the gear (4) to the shaft (2) than the first shrink fit (8). According to the invention, an intermediate axial section (7) that is attached to the shaft (2) by means of a third shrink fit (10) is provided between the first axial section (5) and the second axial section (6). The third shrink fit (10) allows greater torques to be transmitted from the gear (4) to the shaft (2) than the first shrink fit (8) and smaller torques than the second shrink fit (9). The shaft-gear connection (1) according to the invention allows particularly great torques to be transmitted without increasing the risk of damaging the teeth (12) of the external gear (11). The invention further relates to a method for producing such an advantageous shaft-gear connection (1).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a shaft-gear connection having a shaft and a shrink-fit gear having a first axial section fastened on the shaft by means of a first shrink fit and The second axial section is fastened to the shaft by means of the second shrink fit, wherein a greater torque can be transmitted from the gear to the shaft via the second shrink fit than via the first shrink fit. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing such an advantageous shaft-gear connection. Background technique [0002] The shaft for transmitting torque and the gears arranged on the shaft are widely used in the transmission structure. There are several possibilities for fastening these gears on the shaft, where connection types are divided into unitary shaft-hub connections and combined shaft-hub connections. [0003] Unitary shaft-hub connections include form-fitting connections, such as splined shaft connections, sawtooth connections, involute tooth conn...
