The invention provides a method for establishing an output power comparison table of a power amplifier, comprising the following steps: firstly, setting a trigger point (TP) for an input voltage value; obtaining measurement data from the input voltage value being zero to the trigger point (TP) in a point-to-point measurement way; setting a switching point (SP) for the input voltage value, whereinthe value of the switching point (SP) is less than the trigger point (TP); then establishing a local characteristic curve for measurement data from the curve switching point (SP) to the trigger point(TP) by utilizing the input voltage value; then obtaining calculating data from the switching point (SP) of the input voltage value to a maximum figure input voltage value (MP) by utilizing the localcharacteristic curve; and finally, obtaining integral characteristics by utilizing a part of the measurement data and the calculating data.
