nickel alloy BFe30-1-1 bar billet is heated; s3, upsetting and drawing
forging is conducted, specifically, the heated blank is subjected to multi-pass drawing and upsetting in a free
forging mode; the original blank is forged into a round cake shape matched with the die cavity through integral upsetting, drawing, cogging and
forging; s4, die forging forming is conducted, specifically, the round-cake-shaped
forge piece subjected to upsetting and cogging is placed into a corresponding die cavity, and die forging forming is conducted; and S5, annealing treatment. According to the method for regulating and controlling the average grain
diameter of the copper-
nickel alloy BFe30
flange forge piece, the obtained flange forge piece has high mechanical performance,
corrosion resistance and the average grain
diameter, and the average grain diameter ranges from 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm.
