The invention relates to a fuel delivery system for an internal combustion engine. The fuel delivery system for an internal combustion engine is provided, which includes a valve including at least a first valve setting and a second valve setting; a first fuel storage tank fluidly coupled with a first fuel receiving end of the valve; a second fuel storage tank fluidly coupled with a second fuel receiving end of the valve; a port fuel injector fluidly coupled with a first fuel dispensing end of the valve, said port fuel injector configured to deliver fuel to a cylinder of the internal combustionengine; a direct fuel injector fluidly coupled with a second fuel dispensing end of the valve, said direct fuel injector configured to deliver fuel to the cylinder of the internal combustion engine;and a control system configured to selected one of the first valve setting and the second valve setting in response to an operating condition.
