The preparation method of the Chinese medicament preparation comprises the following steps: soaking the rose myrtle seed, the ginkgo, the glossy ganoderma and the fructus cannabis in water respectively; decocting the glossy ganoderma first, and then adding the other raw materials for decoction; filtering the decoction, and concentrating the filtrate; and filtering the decoction again to obtain a Chinese medicament crude extract for standby. The Chinese medicament preparation is favorable for improving the anti-DAN oxidation defense function of an organism in an oxidative stress state, has inoxidability, and can be prepared into anti-ageing medicaments and anti-cancer health products.
