Abstract

The invention relates to a method for coating a crucible surface, which comprises the following steps: (1) soaking a steel crucible into diluted hydrochloric acid to remove rust and to be cleaned; (2)soaking the crucible into acetone solution to remove oil; (3) after finishing soaking in the acetone, taking out the crucible and again putting the crucible into running tap water to be washed; (4) putting the steel crucible into mixed aqueous solution prepared by NaNO3, CrO3 and KMnO4 to be soaked; (5) putting the crucible into melting aluminium obtained by melting commercially pure aluminium tocarry out aluminium bath, and then cooling the crucible; and (6) putting the crucible into an air-heating furnace to carry out heating and diffusion treatment, then discharging, putting the cruciblein the air and cooling.
