The extracting method comprises the following steps of: pulverizing whole eriophyton wallichii; extracting with ethanol; sequentially extracting by using petroleum ether, ethylacetate and water saturated n-butanol; carrying out chromatography on the n-butanol part by macroporous absorption resin; and carrying out column chromatography on 30 percent of an elution part sequentially through MCI-GEL CHP20P, ODS-A and Sephadex LH-20 so as to obtain wallchii side E.
