The disclosed dynamic sealing device is used for sealing a gap between a first object (2-1) and a second object (3-1) which relatively move, the dynamic sealing device comprises an elastic body (4) for filling the gap, and an elastic compensator (5) for supporting the elastic body (4) is also arranged between the first object (2-1) and the second object (3-1), so that the elastic body (4) can cling to the first object (2-1). The elastic compensator (5) provides supporting power for the elastic body (4), so that the worn elastic body (4) can still cling to the first object (2-1), and the sealing between the first object (2-1) and the second object (3-1) is kept, thereby prolonging the service life of the dynamic sealing device, reducing the total vehicle fault rate of the wheel side speed reducer, decreasing the maintenance frequency and improving the work efficiency of the wheel side speed reducer.
