The invention discloses a four-row cylindrical roller bearing for a high-speed rolling mill, comprising two pairs of symmetrical split-type inner rings (1) and outer rings (2) as well as cylindrical rollers (3) arranged between the inner rings (1) and the outer rings (2); wherein the cylindrical rollers are limited in a retainer (6); an outer ring spacer (4) and an inner ring spacer (5) are arranged between the inner rings (1) and the outer rings (2); a circular-arc oil groove is radially arranged on end surfaces at two sides of the inner rings and the outer rings; an annular oil groove is arranged at the middle part of an external cylindrical surface of each outer ring around the cylindrical surface, and oil through holes which are arranged along the radial direction of the bearing are evenly distributed in the annular groove along the circumference direction; besides, through holes are evenly distributed at the middle part of the retainer (6) along the circumference direction; oil holes are evenly distributed at the middle part of an external cylindrical surface of the outer ring spacer (4); and the oil holes are communicated with a space between two rows of rollers at two sides and the inner ring spacer (5).
