The copper cluster two-photon absorbing material is prepared by the steps of: firstly, preparing a pyridine ligand from 4-methylpyridine and 4-N,N-2R-aminobenzaldehyde; and secondly, synthesizing a target product by using the pyridine ligand and cuprous iodide.
