Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) safety communication method, which comprises the following steps that: a server receives a first message transmitted by a client, wherein the first message comprises an access challenge request for requesting the server to authenticate the client; the server generates a server message and encrypts the server message to obtain a server cipher text; the server transmits a first response to the client, wherein the first response comprises the server cipher text; the server receives a second message returned by the client, wherein the second message comprises the server message which is obtained by decrypting the server cipher text by the client; the server verifies whether the server message in the second message is consistent with the server message locally stored at the server; and if so, the server confirms that the client is trustable.
