Abstract

The invention discloses a molecular marker closely related to rape humidity resistance, a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) taking Zhongshuang No.9 and GH01 greatly different in humidity resistance as parents and obtaining an F2 colony through hybridization and bagging selfing in turn; (2) using a CTAB method to extract DNA of the parents and single-plant leaves of the F2 colony and adopting primers to perform PCR amplification and electrophoresis detection to obtain molecular-marker data; (3) using a seedling-stage anaerobic method to determine the index of seedling-stage humidity resistance of F2 single-plant seeds; and (4) performing association analysis on the molecular-marker data and the humidity-resistance index of the colony by using a multiple linear regression module in statistical software, namely SPSS software, and screening according to standards of a regression significance P of less than 0.05 and a contribution rate of more than 10 percent to obtain the molecular marker BnGMS130-350.
